At isoshealth we are building an Holistic platform for Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Psychologists to better communicate with clients to help improve their health and wellbeing.
We’re looking for an experienced hands-on Full stack lead developer to own our software development before potentially moving into the Head of Development role.
We want someone fully invested in being at the heart of the company and will benefit from that through share ownership. Built on the passion of a stellar group of experts, all united by the mission, we are looking for a permanent team member ready to take the business to its next stage.
The Business: isoshealth is a UK funded start-up that is working to complete the Health & Wellness Industry by combining three important services that are out of reach or hidden for those that need them most.

Our services will then combine the expert knowledge of leading Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Psychologists to get to the source of our client’s wellness and make practitioners accessible to deliver consultations and support.
Full Stack Developer
This is likely to involve :
Make the current installation, onboarding and deployment experience better.
360 impact by creating a frictionless experience from the new visitors to potential paid customers.
Identify current and future frictions and work on solutions
Contribute to defining the growth roadmap with the CEO and PM
Work with the PM top create pragmatic solutionsand fast feedback loops to aid in feature design.
Develops and release new features for our users
Conceive the product architecture to insure scalability
Owning engineering quality
Engage with the community to understand their needs
Agile delivery; Taking an adaptative and iterative approach to delivering valuable outcomes quickly.
3rd party selection: deciding on when best to build versus buy, both from product vendors and 3rd party software providers.
- Hiring; Key input into hiring other technology people
Significant experience with cloud base development (AWS)
Experience in relational and non-relational database development (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB)
Significant experience with web development and bringing software to production
Experience with unit testing
Passionate about learning, teaching and helping others
A true passion for well crafted product.
Excellent communication skills (empathy, listening)
Start-up mindset; Valuing achieving outcomes over specific flavours of technology.
Strong teamwork; Putting your team’s goals before your own, motivating others and creating an enjoyable, open and safe place for people to work and share ideas.
Agile Software Development; A good understanding of 4 tenets and 12 principles of the Manifesto For Agile Software Development or Lean software development Experience leading Scrum or Kanban delivery frameworks teams.

£60,000 a year initial salary
A Share Option stake after a 3-month probation period, and annual reviews thereafter
